Walker Technologies (formerly Walker Systems Corporation)

    As the sole webmaster for Walker Technologies for 4 years, I designed, built and maintained the corporate website within the guidelines provided by the president of the company.

    I designed and programmed the Quotation Request Catalog database system.  I also took over maintenance of the entire website from another contractor, and have begun doing private training for one of Tran Sign's employee's who will be taking over the maintenance of the site from me.

    I designed and programmed the Member's and Cache database, Cache Display, Cache Reports and Cache Search sections of this website.  This contract has recently entered phase 2, which is an expansion on the work previously completed.

    I designed a complete back-end, Web based administration system for this website, which includes a mailing-list, category and sub-category management with dynamic generation of the entire E-marketplace, a rotating banner ad system and a Client Management system which includes billing.

     I did the back-end programming for this website.  On the public website this includes form validation with appropriate error messages, storing customer information in a database, calculating purchase totals and performing a credit card pre-authorization through the VeriSign transaction gateway.  The secure administration section provides a complex search routine and both summary and detailed display of order information.
